  • Catchers – Batting Practice

Position Players:

  • Stretching / Warm-Up / Long Toss
  • Position Players – 60 Yard Dash
  • Infield / Outfield Session
  • Batting Practice

12PM – 12:30PM: Meeting with Coaches & Dismissal
